BioC-1M Product    

BioC-1M Carbon Source is a patented product independently developed by BPT. As a highly efficient external carbon source, it provides an energy source for bacteria in biological treatment system when the carbon source of sewage is insufficient. This product is widely used in denitrification, enhanced biological phosphorus removal and rapid start-up of biochemical system. It is especially suitable for the transformation requirements on the drainage standards upgrading from Grade A to Surface Quasi-Four for  WWTPs.

BioC-1M product is formulated according the proprietary ratio by adjusting the materials  which are purified and concentrated with more than 95% concentration from raw materials, which are derived from agricultural products through specific fermentation and high-pressure hydrolysis processes.

BioC-1M product is a liquid carbon source with a certain viscosity. It can be used directly without dissolution and dilution in wastewater treatment plants, which results in reducing the dosage of the dosing personnel and simplifying the operation of dosing process

BioC-1M product is a liquid compound  with COD value of about 1000000 mg/L belonging to the bio-fermentation carbon source, which creates great conditions for microbial diversity and could be adapted rapidly and utilized by microorganism up to 100%. It is used to provide energy source for bacteria in biological treatment process. This product is non-flammable, non-corrosive, non-biotoxic and non-hazardous carbon source, and could be available in  low temperature environment due to the freezing point lower than -30℃. BioC-1M product is no volatile and close to zero loss during transportation, and could be packaged according to customer needs.
